Applications are invited from qualified candidates for appointment as Programme Associate (Category – Humanities / Social Science/ Management) on contract basis for a period of one year at the Directorate for Applied Short-term Programmes (DASP), Mahatma Gandhi University. Interested candidates may send their application with resume to dasp@mgu.ac.in on or before 07/12/2020 2 pm.. Date of interview will be informed later. Candidates who had applied for the post as per the earlier notification referred above need not apply again. Applications of these candidates will also be considered for the selection process.
Essential Qualifications:
1) Master’s Degree in Humanities/ Social Science/ Management along with two years of experience in the field of Skill Development/ Teaching
Desirable Qualifications:
1) Teaching Experience with NET, International Academic Exposure, Publications, IT Skills, etc.
Responsibilities of Programme Associate:
a) Identification of new programmes in emerging areas of relevance and demand through market research, which are to be constantly added to the repository of programmes.
b) Preparation of programme project report, draft syllabus, brochure etc. in consultation with leading academics, industry professionals etc.
c) Co-ordination of the conduct of the programmes.
Remuneration:
The remuneration will be equivalent to the monthly maximum pay given to the Guest Teachers of the University and will be governed by the latest orders in this regard.
