1. SHIFT ENGINEER (CHEMICAL) / ASSISTANT MANAGER (CHEMICAL).

Qualification: First Class full time B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Pulp and Paper Technology. (or) Full time Arts / Science Degree with First Class full time PG Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.

Age: For Shift Engineer:- Minimum 28 years as on 01/12/2020. Maximum as on 01/12/2020.
General Turn-40 years; BC/BCM/MBC/DNC-43 years; SC/SCA/ST-45 years

For Assistant Manager:- Minimum 29 years as on 01/12/2020. Maximum as on 01/12/2020
General Turn-40 years; BC/BCM/MBC/DNC-43 years; SC/SCA/ST-45 years

Experience:

For Shift Engineer:-
Should have minimum 8 years of post qualification experience as on 01/12/2020.

For Assistant Manager:-
Should have minimum 10 years of post qualification experience as on 01/12/2020.

Experience requires in the operation and process control of high speed Paper / Board Machine, Stock preparation and Chemical additive plants, Paper / Paper Board converting and packing section, Chemical / Mechanical / De-Inked Pulp Mills and Soda Recovery Plant in a large integrated Pulp and Paper Mill or in Chemical, Petrochemical or Fertilizer industries with DCS, QCS and Process Automation. Experience in erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance in Hardwood Pulp Mill and Recovery Plants are preferable. Knowledge on 7QC Tools, Safety, 5s Tools, TPM, Kaizen system, industrial engineering and lean manufacturing are preferred.

2. PLANT ENGINEER (MECHANICAL) / ASSISTANT MANAGER (MECHANICAL).

Qualification: First Class full time B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering.

Age: For Shift Engineer:- Minimum 28 years as on 01/12/2020. Maximum as on 01/12/2020.
General Turn-40 years; BC/BCM/MBC/DNC-43 years; SC/SCA/ST-45 years

For Assistant Manager:- Minimum 29 years as on 01/12/2020. Maximum as on 01/12/2020

Experience:

For Plant Engineer:-
Should have minimum 8 years of post qualification experience as on 01/12/2020.

For Assistant Manager:-
Should have minimum 10 years of post qualification experience as on 01/12/2020.

Experience requires in erection / commissioning / maintenance of various mechanical and rotating equipments in a large size process industry like Pulp & Paper industry, Refinery, Fertilizer, Petro-Chemical, Chemical industries or in a project and Consultancy/Tender specification for procurement, Piping and Instrumentation drawing etc for large size projects for continuous process industries or Thermal Power Plants. Experience in erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance in Hardwood Pulp Mill and Recovery Plants are preferable. Knowledge on 7QC Tools, Safety, 5s Tools, TPM, Kaizen system, industrial engineering and lean manufacturing are preferred.

3. PLANT ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) / ASSISTANT MANAGER (ELECTRICAL).

Qualification: First Class full time B.E / B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Age: For Shift Engineer:- Minimum 28 years as on 01/12/2020. Maximum as on 01/12/2020.
General Turn-40 years; BC/BCM/MBC/DNC-43 years; SC/SCA/ST-45 years

For Assistant Manager:- Minimum 29 years as on 01/12/2020. Maximum as on 01/12/2020
General Turn-40 years; BC/BCM/MBC/DNC-43 years; SC/SCA/ST-45 years

Experience:

For Plant Engineer:-
Should have minimum 8 years of post qualification experience as on 01/12/2020.

For Assistant Manager:-
Should have minimum 10 years of post qualification experience as on 01/12/2020.

Experience requires in installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of LT / HT electrical equipments, switchgears, PLCs, AC/DC drives, Variable Frequency Drives etc., in a large size Pulp & Paper / Paper Board industry, Refineries, Fertilizer, Power Plant, Petro-Chemical, Metal Processing/Chemical industries. Possessing of Supervisory Competency Certificate (C’ License) is preferable. Experience in erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance in Hardwood Pulp Mill and Recovery Plants are preferable. Knowledge on 7QC Tools, Safety, 5s Tools, TPM, Kaizen system, industrial engineering and lean manufacturing are preferred.

4. PLANT ENGINEER (INSTRUMENTATION) / ASSISTANT MANAGER (INSTRUMENTATION).

Qualification: First Class full time B.E / B.Tech in Instrumentation Technology / Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. (or) First Class full time Arts / Science Degree with First Class PG Diploma in Process Instrumentation.

Age: For Shift Engineer:- Minimum 28 years as on 01/12/2020. Maximum as on 01/12/2020.
General Turn-40 years; BC/BCM/MBC/DNC-43 years; SC/SCA/ST-45 years

Experience requires in erection, testing, commissioning and maintenance of all types of measuring instruments / transmitters, Servo valves / proportional valves of hydraulic system, control / on-off valves, pneumatic / hydraulic actuators, controls and automation systems, DCS with profibus, PLCs etc., in large size continuous process industries like Pulp & Paper, Paper Board, Refinery, Fertilizer, Petro-Chemical, Metals processing, Chemical etc. or Thermal Power Plants. Hands on experience on HMI / SCADA programming shall be an added advantage. Experience in erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance in Hardwood Pulp Mill and Recovery Plants are preferable. Knowledge on 7QC Tools, Safety, 5s Tools, TPM, Kaizen system, industrial engineering and lean manufacturing are preferred.
